-Introduction
Welcome to MOROCCO GOLDEN DUNES, These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our travel services, including bookings, tours, and other related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

**2. Booking & Payments**
– Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to confirm a reservation.
– Full payment must be made 1 day before the trip unless otherwise stated.
– Prices are quoted in EURO or POUND or MAD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
– We accept payments via cash,card,paypal.

**3. Cancellation & Refund Policy**
– Customers may cancel bookings 3 days in advance for a full/partial refund. Cancellation fees may apply.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline or for no-shows.
– If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, low bookings, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or an alternative option.

**4. Changes & Modifications**
– Customers requesting modifications to their itinerary must do so at least 3 days in advance. Fees may apply.
– We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

**5. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities**
– Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
– We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost belongings.
– The company is not liable for lost or stolen items during the trip.

**6. Liability & Disclaimer**
– We act only as an intermediary for transport, accommodation, and activities. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by third-party services.
– We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.).

-Code of Conduct:
– Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and fellow travelers.
– Any disruptive or illegal behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
